30-day return policy
We have a 30-day return policy for all damaged items or goods received that are incorrect from the original order. That means if we shipped the wrong item, or you received a defective item, we'll make it right at no extra cost to you. There is a "but" coming...
But customers will be responsible for shipping return costs for the following:
- Ordering the wrong size item by mistake.
- Ordering the wrong color by mistake.
- Placing the order by mistake.
- No longer needing the item.
- Finding a cheaper or similar item elsewhere.
Disclaimer:
All products at Dead Lemon Design Company are custom-made to order. We specifically make it for our custom once they finalize check out. The images we use on our website are photos we take of our real finished products. This helps our customers make the best decision before placing Their final order. We also do our best to ensure our customers have all the information they need to purchase the right style, size, and clothing color.
We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the purchase date.
Dead Lemon Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered to your door.
Exchanges?
Exchanges can't be worn extensively or show signs of usage, or wear and tear. Sure, try it on, see if it fits and strut your stuff. But you can't wear it, wash it for a few weeks, then ask for an exchange. You can't eat a meal, then throw it up later and ask for a refund. ;) Come on, man.
Listen, we're not a$$holes. We are actually really chill and fun, but we're also not Amazon. We'll do our best to make things right! If you need a larger st-shirt size, for example, we'll do our best to work with you. We reserve the right to ask our customers to return their unwanted shirt by paying for return shipping costs. Maybe we'll send you some extra stickers or something to make up for it. We'll figure it out.
Starting a Return
Please contact us by email prior to returning any products at deadlemondesign@gmail.com
- You need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Dead Lemon Design Company before returns can be processed.
- For damaged goods, please attach a clear picture in your email showing the problem/defect. We weren't born yesterday! - the photo must show clear evidence of defect in relationship to the product you ordered.
- Items sent back to us without an approved RMA number are not accepted.
- Returns or replacements will be initiated once the original item is returned to us and we have recorded activity from the return shipping company. For

Refunds
We will notify our customers once we’ve received the approved return. Once approved, the customer will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at deadlemondesign@gmail.com
